Overview of our
exercise classes >>
EASY
A class for complete beginners or for those who have not exercised for
some time. Also suitable for pregnant women, but please let your instructor
know before the class.
INTERMEDIATE
For those advancing from beginner or who have already maintained a level
of fitness.
ADVANCED
For those who have reached a high level of muscular endurance and stamina.
ALL LEVELS
Suitable for members because you are offered easier or harder alternatives
to the choreography, moves, intensity or strength work.
