BODY BLITZ
The Blitz class - aerobic workout plus, conditioning with hand weights
BODY WORKOUT
A mixture of aerobics, conditioning and stretch. Might include work with
hand weights
BRING THE BABY
Although not compulsory, babies are welcome in these body conditioning
classes .
BUMS & TUMS
(Thighs Bums & Tums) Muscular strength and endurance exercises working
the thighs, bum, abs and back area using dumbells, slides, dynabands or
gravity! With very little if any aerobics
GYM CLUB
A mixture of Gym workout with either Aerobics or Studio Cycling.
LUNCHTIME SPECIAL
Try aerobics, step, conditioning or circuit. This workout is varied to
suit class needs
NIA
A high energy cardio and conditioning workout that cross-trains your body into total fitness. Easy to learn moves from dance, martial arts and yoga plus soulful music keep the pleasure and variety high. Burn fat and get stronger, more toned and flexible. Suitable for all ages and abilities. .
PURE ENERGY
A motivating aerobic workout, concentrating on fat burning.
PILATES
Pilates matwork strengthens the deep abdominal and back muscles, Improves
co-ordination, body and posture awareness and flexibility at a controlled
pace.
RUNNING CLUB
Two running groups - Beginners to learn good running technique and intermediate
to advanced level.
SALSA AEROBICS
A fun, dance/aerobics class with a Salsa twist.
STEP AND ABS
Basic moves & toning work, using the step, to give a good all-round
workout.
STREET DANCE
A new, different and fun way to work out with dance style choreographed
moves. Anyone can do it - you don't have to be a great dancer!
STUDIO CYCLING
Fat Burning exercise with Body Conditioning for the upper body.
SWISS BALL
A core stability class focusing on the core abdominal muscles, lower back
strength balance and improved posture. An excellent foundation for all
exercise routines.
TAI BO
A non contact martial arts based aerobic workout utilising upper and lower
body punch and kick combinations.
TOTAL WORKOUT
Half aerobics, half upper & lower body toning incorporating hand weights.
WAKE UP AND SHAPE UP
A mixture of aerobics, conditioning and stretch to give you a great 'kick-start'.
WIDE AWAKE CLUB
Wake up and start the day with this aerobic body conditioning workout.

An integrated system of flowing postures and breathing techniques to bring
